IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The cost of the events for the weekend is $100.00 per person, $125.00 per couple. Please try to have all monies by August 1st 2011. We are accepting checks or money orders, deposit at Wells Fargo. Make all deposits in the account of MADISON 1981 CLASS REUNION. Please write your name on all deposit slips. PLEASE KEEP ALL DEPOSITS RECEIPTS,
We recommend that you make your reservations early to the address below. If you need to send a 50% deposit and pay the balance throughout the year, you may do so with no up-charge. If you have to cancel, there will be a 20% service charge. Cancellations must be made until 10 days prior to the reunion. (Refund request must be made in writing, please)
The Holiday Inn is offering single/double occupancy rate at $79.00 plus tax for those who wish to stay at the hotel , call 1-800-HOLIDAY, and ask for “MADISON HIGH SCHOOL- Class of 1981” or group code “MAD” at the discounted rate of $79.00.
There will be a photographer available to take individual and couple photos, as well as group photos, of the classmates at the party. These photos may be purchased, and will be printed by the end of the party. If you cannot attend the event, you can purchase the alumni memory/directory which will be passed out to alumni attendees). You may also place a greeting or advertisement in the memory book. See attached form.
