Things You Should Know About The Cruise
Deposit Information:

For both Category 4 and 6 cabins, the initial deposit is $25.00 payable by check and is non refundable.
The balance of the deposit is $125.00 and will be due by 12/20 and is payable by check or credit card and is fully refundable if canceled before the final payment due date.

For Balcony Cabins and Suites, the initial deposit is $150.00 per person at the time of booking. Again, $25.00 payable by check and is non refundable. The balance can be paid by check or credit card and is refundable if canceled before the final payment due date. These cabins are on a first come basis and the price is based on the applicable cost the day of booking.

Depending on the date booked, cabins with more than 2 passengers may require the full deposit at the time of booking. The same terms noted above will apply.


Final Payment:

The final payment will be required approximately 72 days prior to departure. It is payable by check or credit card. Once final payment is made, there will be penalties and/or cancellation fees if you need to cancel. The optional travel protection can be purchased to cover emergencies.

Partial payments are accepted at anytime.

Optional Charges:

Gratuities can be pre-paid with your cruise purchase. The amount is $40.00 per person. Everyone sharing the cabin must pre-pay. Gratuities are not required, but highly recommended. If you do not want to pre-pay, for your convenience Carnival will place the recommended amount of $40.00 per person on your onboard account. Once onboard, you can have these charges removed.

Travel Protection/Insurance is offered through the cruise line. The cost is determined by the cost of your cruise and starts at $65.00 per person. Details will be provided at a later date. If you want to see the details now, please let me know.

Your cruise fare includes your cabin, food, entertainment and all government taxes and fees.
Included in your cruise would be all meals - 24 hours a day! Not included is premium ice cream, premium pastries/desserts and premium coffees. Milk, tea, regular coffees, fruit punches and some juices are included and are available at all meals, in the Lido Cafe and through room service.

Sodas and alcoholic beverages are not included. .

All items of a personal nature are at your expense. These are such items such as shore excursions, gambling, souvenirs spa and beauty salon services.

The Fitness Center is complimentary, but there is a fee for any specialty classes they offer onboard.

The cruise line reserves the right to re-instate the fuel supplement for all guests at up to $10 per person per day if the NYMEX oil price exceeds $70 per barrel.

At the time of booking, you should also note if there are any medical conditions (including pregnancy), mobility or dietary needs that should be noted. These factors could affect your ability to cruise; we can discuss details.

Prices are per person and based on double occupancy and includes all current government taxes and all fees. Prices are based on availability and promotions and are subject to change until booked.

The optional Travel Protection is not included in the price. We can discuss details.

For packages that include airfare - additional luggage fees may be due depending on the airline booked. Those fees are not included in the charges and will be paid directly at the time of check in.

For US citizens, a passport is not required at this time, but is recommended. A certified birth certificate along with a government issued photo ID is acceptable at this time. Names on the booking must match your ID.

It is important to note that although extremely rare, ports of call and departure/arrival times are subject to change due to such reasons as mechanical difficulties and weather conditions. This is especially true during hurricane season when your cruise can be delayed or extended due to extreme weather conditions.
